Hello.

My company suscription has been disabled due to "suspicious activity". When I try to get it back up it says "We’ve identified suspicious activity in this subscription that violates the Microsoft Acceptable use Policy.

To protect your account, we’ve disabled the subscription. Please contact Azure support to re-activate your subscription."

And to contact Azure support, but its rated as C Severity, when in reality my whole department is stopped by this.

I have production software running in Azure and is also stopped.

Hi @Javier Carreón ,

sorry to hear. The only option is to get in contact with the Azure Support by creating a support request:

Details you can find here: Create an Azure support request

Azure Billing and Subscription support is offered by Microsoft by no cost and it's for free.
