I am trying to login to Azure Portal using my Personal account which is also a Global Admin for my tenant. When trying to access Azure Portal, i am not able to authenticate MFA codes and notifications. The MFA notifications does not show up on Authenticator app , this only happens while login to Azure. Even the requested code needs to be 6 digits but my authenticator being a personal account shows 8 digits which does not help.

Please help me reset my MFA for Azure Login so that i can login again.

There are no other admins for my personal Azure account.

Hello John Cook,

The issue pertains to a tenant lockout, where no other global admin in the tenant has the necessary permissions to login and make changes in your tenant.

To resolve this, we have engaged our Data Protection team through a support ticket. They will reach out to you via email or phone to help restore access to the tenant and assist in resolving the issue.
