How do I change GeoLocation on a public IP address showing wrong location/region in Azure Sign-in Logs?

We are seeing incorrect geolocation details for one of our company’s public IP addresses in Microsoft Entra ID sign-in logs. Microsoft is showing logins from Sherman Oaks, California, but this IP is actually assigned to our business network in Bentonville, Arkansas.

We have already submitted corrections to four major geolocation providers (MaxMind, IP2Location, Digital Envoy, and IPinfo). All four providers have confirmed the correction was accepted on November 19, 2024. However, Microsoft Entra sign-in logs continue to show the incorrect location.

We need Microsoft to update its internal geolocation mapping for this IP address.

How do I go about this? All Co-Pilot instructions have been based on incorrect or outdated menus and options.
