Hello!

When I attempt to create a new Azure Function App with a Flex Consumption or Consumption plan, it fails with an error (see the full error text below).

I'm the owner of the subscription.

Work Around/Mitigation Applied:

Upon investigating further, our internal team has applied a fix on the above shared customer subscription.
Also, from the backend logs, we can see that customer is able to create the function app without any issues.
