Dear Support Microsoft Teams,

We have a tenant specifically for guest users, to grant access to applications after MFA configuration.

When trying to bulk invite a few users, I received the following error: "Invitations are blocked for this directory due to suspicious activity. Please contact Microsoft support for help."

After this, now all analysts are unable to invite users to the tenant, including global admins, whether it be bulk invitations or individual invitations, and we're getting this error: "Insufficient privileges to complete the operation"

Tenant ID: Removed PII
Global Administrator email address: Removed PII

@Anonymous could you help me to unblock

Many thanks,

Hello @Hoang Viet,

Based on the error message you received it appears that was Invitations are blocked in your tenant due to suspicious activity.

We addressed this by collaborating with our internal team, who have now unblocked your tenant.

You can check and confirm whether you were able to access the tenant which was blocked.

Hope this helps. Let us know if you have any queries. Happy to assist you further.
