Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.

If you haven't tried anything yet please start by following the steps in this Microsoft support article: https://support.microsoft.com/windows/fix-bluetooth-problems-in-windows-723e092f-03fa-858b-5c80-131ec3fba75c

If issue persists, to help narrow down the issue:

  1. Can you tell me if this issue started after a recent Windows update or any changes made to your system (like new drivers or apps installed)?
  2. Also, are none of your Bluetooth devices connecting, or is it just one specific device?

Click "Add comment" to let me know.

Regards,

John J.D.

Dear friend, Windows 11 does not recognize some devices such as my Samsung Ear Buds Core. By chance I saw a video from a guy who taught us how to connect. It was just press down the two buds at the same time inside the charger and it worked. My Samsung S25 does not connect at all.
