Can't add new working account for Teams App on Android

Earlier, I had working account added in Teams, but now I need to add another working account as previous one is not relevant and doesn't exists. However, when I'm trying to add new working acount, I see a notification that previous should be remove and teams propose me to remove it, however, selecting 'remove' nothing happens and I still can't add new working account.

Also, I already logged-out from it and can't log-in again as the account already is deleted.

I have tried to clean cache and data, but it not helped. As I understand, the old working account is still connected to Microsoft, but I can't access it as it's already removed and can't be accessed. So, it probably should be removed by other way

Ok, that does shed some light on the issue if you have company portal. It means your Android device was actually enrolled in your previous employer's tenant. This would make sense why it wouldn't allow you to log into another organization's account, because it is still under the previous organization tenant's policy.

Ideally, you would need to remove the device from company portal first. Then you would need to disable company portal device management after that. Without doing those steps first and simply just uninstalling the app will not help.

Since the correct order of conducting it was messed up and you couldn't log back in, you would have to reach out to your previous employer, have their IT admin user remove it from their end. Microsoft doesn't have authority to get into organization account to make such changes bypassing organization admin user. Unfortunately they would have to do it for you.

    Hello,

Where did you remove it? Did you remove it like this as Google instructed?
