An Azure service that is used to provision Windows and Linux virtual machines.
Hi, first check Azure Service Health and the VM’s Power state/metrics; confirm the public IP/DNS hasn’t changed and that Plesk/website DNS still points to it; use Boot diagnostics + Serial Console to see kernel/boot errors and try to log in; run “Connection troubleshoot” on the NIC and review Effective security rules to ensure 22/21/80/443 (or your ports) are allowed from your IP, and verify no NSG/UDR/Firewall is blocking; if you can get a shell via Serial Console, check disk space (df -h), CPU/memory pressure, and that services are up (systemctl status psa nginx httpd mysql or plesk repair all), plus firewall (ufw status/firewall-cmd --list-ports) and SELinux; validate the Azure VM Agent/Extensions are healthy; if networking looks broken, try “Reset network interface,” then “Redeploy” (moves to new host without changing disk), or use “Repair a VM” to mount the OS disk on a rescue VM and fix config/logs; snapshot the OS disk before risky changes; if none of that helps, capture boot logs and open an Azure support ticket.
