Hi Khang Nguyễn,
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum. I'm happy to help.
For two screenshots you provide I may have a quick explain. Both Intel(R) Display Audio and Intel High Definition DSP are iGPU devices and may not related to your issue. The Intel(R) Display Audio device is often used to export digital audio to external receiver through HDMI, while your laptop, related to official ASUS documents, is using Realtek chipset for Audio.
Since you did use Driver Booster to update your drivers, it has potential installed incompatible drivers of Realtek chipset and leads to output device loss.
Let's go further with diagnostics bellow:
- Go to your BIOS and make sure that Realtek Audio device is not disabled on BIOS (some BIOS may or may not have option to Enable/Disable devices)
- Go to Official ASUS website, download Chipset and Audio drivers for your ASUS TUF Gaming F15 then install them to see if the output device comes back
- Have a small chance while Driver Booster installed incompatible drivers, the device gets renamed to a wrong one. If you know well about your device list, you may detect it and Uninstall / Rollback / Manually Install it then get the output device back
- If you have a free unused drive, try to install a fresh Windows on it then check if your Audio device is available and functional. Or you may try on alternative Live USB operating system. In case Audio device is not available even on fresh OS, then it's probably hardware failure
If diagnostics 1-2-3 cannot help but diagnostics 4 brings back your Audio device, then you should Reset Your PC / or do a Clean Install. With Reset Your PC, you may keep your files.
