Additional features, settings, or issues not covered by specific Microsoft Teams categories
Hi @Dawn Yemma,
Thank you for posting your question on Microsoft Q&A forum. We're happy to help you with your concern.
We're really sorry for the inconvenience you're experiencing.
To report a recruitment scam that uses Teams, here're options you can try:
1. Report the meeting link to Microsoft
- Visit this link: https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/concern/scam
- Then complete the form with all relevant details to report the scam directly to Microsoft.
2. Contact your IT admin
- Inform your IT or security team immediately. They can take steps to investigate and mitigate any potential threats.
3. Check for compromised accounts:
- Ensure that your account and any other potentially affected accounts are secure.
- If you are really worried that you gave up some information, change your passwords and enable multi-factor authentication if not already enabled.
Please do not click on any links or attachments from unknown senders to protect your account.
I hope this information is helpful. Please follow these steps and let me know if it works for you. If not, we can work together to resolve this.
Thank you for your patience and your understanding. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.
I'm looking forward for your reply.
