Hello @Marko Stupar

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A and informed us about the issue.Based on the event log I believed that the main error is from System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x803E0105): The notification platform is unavailable. This indicates Copilot is not able to register push notification so the session can't start. To tackle with this issue, please follow these steps:

1. Repair/Reset Copilot:

  • Open settings > Installed apps > Copilot > Advanced options > Repair (If the issue still persists, then click Reset)

2. Restart Notification service:

  • Open Run dialogue (Windows + R) > input services.msc > Enter
  • Look for Windows Push Notifications System Service > Right-click > Properties > set Startup type to Automatic
  • If service status is pause, click start.

3.Run a System File Check:

  • Open Command Prompt and Run as Administrator then input this command one by one:
    • sfc /scannow > Enter
    • DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth > Enter (Do notice the space between the forward dash (/) in the command)
  • Restart your PC

    Thank you for answer.

I thought that question was not sent, because of redirection to page that shows that content has been deleted and mentioning of code of conduct.

Because of that we tried to find solution on our own and found that it is similar as mentioned by @Haytham-C .

The cause was usage of the utility tool wpd 1.5.2042, and disabling "windows push notifications user service". Turning it back on resolved the issue.
