Xbox app log in window crashes when clicking on use different account

When I open the Xbox app and click sign in, then use a different account it opens a small window that closes right after and the log in window close. The same issue happens when I try to add it in Settings > Email & accounts > Add a Microsoft account. I have tried using powershell to re-register the apps, I have also tried using the sfc /scannnow command and there are no errors.

Download the game service repair tool:

After downloading, run it and wait for the repair to be completed. When finished, check if the issue persists.

I used the gaming repair tool and that didn't fix it unfortunately. I forgot to include it but I have already tried downloading the windows repair and that didn't resolve the issue either.

When you try to create a new user using this account, does the problem occur?

Yes it does, when I click add user the window pops up for a brief second then closes/crashes.

Open Command Prompt as administrator.

Copy and paste, then press Enter:
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

Copy and paste, then press Enter:
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

Copy and paste, then press Enter:
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Then, copy and paste, and press Enter:
sfc /scannow

Restart your computer. If the problem persists, try repairing using Windows Update.

Open cmd in administrator mode and run the following command:

Get-AppxPackage *windows.cloudexperience* | Reset-AppxPackage

It wasn't recognizing 'Get-AppxPackage' in cmd. But it seemed to go thru on PowerShell. This seemed to have worked. Thanks Johnathan.
