Hello,
Yesterday I decided to upgrade my Windows 11 Home (which I bought it through Microsoft store sometime last year and I had a digital license). After upgrading, windows cannot be activated. Windows version is 24H2, the error message is:"We can't activate Windows on this device because you don't have a valid digital license or product key. If you think you do have a valid license or key, select Troubleshoot below. Error code: 0x803FA067".
I tried the troubleshooter and it says: "We can't activate your copy of Windows. Make sure you are connected ...." it is the standard message. I tried also the link "I changed hardware on this device recently", it asks me to Go to Store. When getting to store I get "We're not sure how you got here, but you can't buy this version of windows".
I am completely confused, my windows account displays my computer, now listed with Windows Enteprise but with no serial.

This is common issue when upgrade from Home to Pro is bought from MS Store and Windows will be upgraded to Enterprise edition.
To fix this issue
Using generic kay will downgrade Enterprise to Pro and it will be activated using license you have bought from MS Store.

You don't mention where you bought the licence for Pro edition. You must buy a licence to activate Windows 11 Pro.
How did you upgrade from Home to Pro.
