Dear Niilo Simolin,

Thank you for posting to Microsoft Q&A Forum. We are happy to assist you.

I understand that your Microsoft account has been hacked, and you've lost access. I can only imagine the stress and frustration this has caused you, and I appreciate you reaching out to us.

For your account's security and privacy, we cannot handle account recovery or security issues on a public forum. The only ways to regain access to your account are by using the official tools provided by Microsoft.

Option 1: The Account Recovery Form

This is the most secure method for Microsoft to verify ownership of an account. Please use the following link to submit a recovery request: Recover your account

The form requires you to provide as much information as possible to prove that you own the account. Please be patient, as the review process can take some time.

For detailed information about the Microsoft Account Recovery Form help, see the link below: Help with the Microsoft account recovery form - Microsoft Support

Option 2: Contact Microsoft Online Support

If you have already tried the automated account recovery process without success, you can seek help by contacting Microsoft Online Support directly to inquire about recovering your account. Here are the detailed steps to contact them:

  1. Go to the Microsoft Support website: Contact - Microsoft Support
  2. In the search bar, type: "Account Recovery" and press Enter.
  3. Click on "Get Help".
  4. Scroll down the page until you see and click on the "Contact Support" option.
  5. When asked to select your product/service, choose "Other Products".
  6. For the category, choose "Manage Account Security."
  7. Find and click "Chat with a support agent in your web browser".
  8. Explain your situation clearly. Be concise, but provide all relevant details about your account being hacked and your inability to recover it by standard means.

Please note that you may need to try several times to speak with an agent who can help you. Be persistent and explain that you have already exhausted the automated options and need specific help for a hacked account.

If you have any further questions about these processes, please do not hesitate to let me know.

We look forward to your response.
