I have an old Outlook account from where I was volunteering at 8-9 years ago that keeps on popping up. How can I get rid of it? The PII removed@gmail.com account is my real one.

    Launch Outlook on your computer.

Navigate to File > Account Settings > Account Settings.

Look for the previous email address under the Email tab.

Click Remove after selecting it if it's listed.

Set a different account as the default first if it states that it cannot be deleted.

    If the account isn't there:

Select Mail (Microsoft Outlook) > Show Profiles from the Control Panel.

Any profiles you don't use or that might still contain your old account should be deleted.
