I have a word document in my recents that is giving me the error message of "This document is either deleted or not currently accessible." When I tried to share the document it stated that it was attached to an old one drive account that was attached to my school email that has now been deactivated. I tried to get a new one drive account and new microsoft word account to attempt to recover but it won't open.

I'm afraid that the account is likely impossible to access. All you can do is check with your old school to find out if there is a chance to recover the data.
